Welcome to Dreamlyzer, a product of Sure Supply Enterprise. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

2. The Data We Collect About You

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

• Identity Data: includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
• Contact Data: includes email address.
• Financial Data: We do not store full credit card details. Payment processing is securely handled by our third-party payment processor (Razorpay).
• Transaction Data: includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.
• Profile Data: includes your username, password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses, as well as your dream logs and insights.

3. Who Processes Your Data

We use a small number of service providers to run Dreamlyzer. Each one receives only what it needs for its job:

• Supabase: stores your account and your dream journal, and handles sign-in.
• Google (Gemini, through Google Cloud Vertex AI): when you save a dream, its text is sent to Gemini to write your dream read. If you use Dream Talk, the dream and your questions are sent to interpret it and answer you. A dream you write in the free dream test is read the same way.
• PostHog (EU servers): product analytics and session recordings, which we use to find bugs and improve the app. Recordings hide everything you type. Inside the app they also hide your journal, your dream reads and your conversations about your dreams.
• Razorpay: processes payments. We never see or store your full card details.
• Vercel: hosts the website and the app.
• Google sign-in: used only if you choose “Continue with Google”.

4. How We Use Your Personal Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

• Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.
• Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
• Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

5. International Payments & GDPR Compliance

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

Payment information is processed securely through Razorpay, which maintains strict adherence to global security standards, including PCI-DSS compliance.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know.
